Shell: buys back 6.27 million of 'A' shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Royal Dutch Shell has bought back 6.
27 million of its "A" shares so far this week as part of the second tranche of its share buyback program.
It paid between 2,333 pence and 2,421 pence per share, the Anglo-Dutch giant said.
The oil company plans to cancel these repurchased shares.
