G4S: ex-Syngenta CFO to join as non-executive director
(CercleFinance.com) - British security group G4S said on Friday that John Ramsay will join the board as a non-executive director as from 1 January 2018, to bring his international, innovation and finance background.
John Ramsay served as the chief financial officer of Swiss agrochemicals firm Syngenta from 2007 to 2016 and was also interim chief executive officer between October 2015 and June 2016.
John Ramsay will also become chairman of the board's audit committee and a member of the corporate social responsibility committee, G4S said.
