G4S: Harris Associates holds less than 5% of voting rights.
(CercleFinance.com) - Chicago-based asset manager Harris Associates has a stake of just under 5% in G4S, the British security group said on Tuesday.
The company received notification on 28 July by Harris Associates that, following a disposal of voting rights, they now hold 4.93% of the company's total voting rights, from 5.04% in a previous notification.
