Intertek: financial controller promoted to CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - Britain's Intertek named financial controller Ross McCluskey as its new CFO, promoting him to the post that will be vacated immediately by Ed Leigh.
The company, specialising in safety and quality tests, said McCluskey, who has held various jobs in finance, including at JP Morgan, will also join the board as an executive director, as well as the group's executive committee.
The appointment comes as Intertek is implementing an organisational change that will remove one layer with the chief information officer (CIO) now reporting directly to its CEO André Lacroix.
