bp: partnership for solar plants in Poland
(CercleFinance.com) - Lightsource bp, bp's solar subsidiary, announced on Tuesday that it has signed a partnership agreement for the co-development of its first photovoltaic plants in Poland.
This agreement should make it possible to develop 757MW of capacity, i.e. the equivalent of the electricity consumption of 362,870 Polish households.
The construction of these plants - which should represent an investment of some 500 million euros - is scheduled to begin in 2022.
