Pearson: Goldman Sachs cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Goldman Sachs has sold financial instruments of British publisher Pearson, reducing its ownership stake in the company to 6.
3 percent, according to a securities filing on Friday.
The US investment bank previously held a 6.4 percent stake in the group, the filing said.
Prior to that, another filing showed that Goldman Sachs held around 6.7 percent of the share capital.
