Morrison: Morgan Stanley stake now below 4% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley's stake now represents under 4% of Morrison's voting rights after it reduced its holding, the British supermarket chain said in a regulatory statement.
The US investment bank has cut its stake in the retailer to 3.99%, representing 2.35 million shares, the company said.
Morrison said that Morgan Stanley previously held about 4.20% of its voting rights.
