HSBC: a new step in reform of management team.

(CercleFinance.com) - HSBC has chosen John Flint as the successor to current chairman Stuart Gulliver says the Sunday Times.

John Flint has been working at HSBC since 1989. He is currently head of the bank's retail and asset management divisions.

Mark Tucker, the bank's new chairman, had the task of finding the successor to the group's current CEO.

This is a new stage in the restructuring of the banking giant's management team, after the appointment of Mark Tucker, a former executive from Prudential, to the position of non-executive chairman.
