Diageo: terminates adreement to sell Windsor business
(CercleFinance.com) - Diageo has terminated the conditional agreement to sell the Windsor business, including the Series W, to Bayside Private Equity and Metis Private Equity.
The termination results from Bayside and Metis not being able to meet certain completion conditions that were part of the sale agreement announced on 25 March 2022.
Windsor Global will continue to operate the Windsor business as an independent entity of Diageo Korea.
