Aviva: sells its stake in Avipop Assicurazioni.
(CercleFinance.com) - In a terse statement, Banco BPM announces that the British insurance company Aviva has notified it of the exercise of its put option on its entire stake in Avipop Assicurazioni.
The Italian financial institution explained that the exercise of the put option occurs after the non-renewal of the distribution agreement between Avipop Assicurazioni and Avipop Vita, as the bank to the market at the end of June.
