Euroapi: Oddo raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF maintains its "outperform" rating on the leader in active pharmaceutical ingredients, Euroapi's shares, a stock included in its Convictions Midcaps list for H2 2022, with a target price that it has raised from 17.
8 euros to 20 euros, following the stockmarket trend in peers and the due to of commercial momentum.
The broker highlights an excellent momentum (in line with previous quarters) in the business development of the CDMO franchise without any slowdown, to date, due to the current economic conditions .
This commercial momentum has led Oddo to raise its sales estimates for this year, from 984 million to 995 million euros, although analysts are maintaining their Core EBITDA ratio estimate of 14.3% for the year (14.5% in H1).
