Verallia: CFO to leave at end of October
(CercleFinance.com) - Glass packaging maker Verallia has announced the resignation of its CFO, Didier Fontaine, who wants to pursue his career slsewhere.
His departure will be effective on 31 October, after the group announces its Q3 results.
The group also announces the appointment, as of 24 August, of Romain Barral as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the technical, R&D, environment, health and safety, quality, industrial excellence, supply chain and procurement departments.
The market doesn't seem particularly happy with this news - the Veralia share is down over 3.5% in mid-afternoon trading on Tuesday.
