Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield: X. Niel raises stake above 20%
(CercleFinance.com) - Xavier Niel has declared to the AMF that on 5 October 2021, through the simplified joint stock companies Rock Investment and NJJ Market, which he controls, he had indirectly exceeded the thresholds of 20% of the capital and voting rights of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, and now holdd 23.
24% of the group's capital and voting rights (21.94% via Rock Investment and 1.3% via NJJ Market).
This crossing of thresholds results from the acquisition of derivative instruments with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield shares as the underlying securities.
On this occasion, Rock Investment declared that it had individually crossed the thresholds of 15% and 20% of the company's capital and voting rights.
