(CercleFinance.com) - Commercial real estate group Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has announced the successful placement of senior bonds totaling 750 million euros, maturing in 12 years and bearing a fixed coupon of 2.
0%. Demand from investors exceeded 1.6 billion euros - i.e. over twice the issue.
The group will use the net proceeds from this issue for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of debt maturing in 2020 and the extension of its debt maturity.
