Bouygues: selected for major property contract in Paris
(CercleFinance.com) - Linkcity Île-de-France, the property development division of Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, has completed the sale of 3 buildings in the new Chapel International District, located in the 18th district of Paris, to funds advised by Blackstone, the real estate Board of the city of Paris (RIVP) and ICF Habitat, we learned this Monday after trading.
This signature marks the launch of work, of which Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France is responsible for 108 million euros.
Located near to Porte de la Chapelle, on a former railway site of 7 hectares, Chapel International will host the new Campus Condorcet of Université Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne and Arena 2, Paris' new Sports Hall.
