ALD: sells European subsidiaries to CACF and Stellantis
(CercleFinance.com) - ALD announces the signature of an agreement relating to the sale of its subsidiaries in Ireland, Portugal and Norway, as well as LeasePlan's subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Finland and the Czech Republic to Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance and Stellantis.
These disposals are required as part of the commitments made by ALD for the European Commission's authorisation of ALD's acquisition of LeasePlan.
These six entities had a fleet of about 100,000 vehicles, or 3% of ALD and LeasePlan's combined fleet, at 31 December 2022.
