Somfy: dividend approved at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Somfy, a manufacturer and supplier of controllers and drives for entrance gates, garage doors and the like, has announced that its Combined General Meeting approved all the resolutions submitted, including the distribution of a gross dividend of 1.
25 euro per share, with ex-dividend and payment dates set at 30 June and 2 July respectively.
The meeting also decided to appoint Bertrand Parmentier as a member of the Supervisory Board and to renew the terms of office of Marie Bavarel-Despature, for a period of four years, and of Victor Despature, for a period of one year.
