CGG: completes sale of GeoSoftware
(CercleFinance.com) - CGG today announces that it has completed the sale of its GeoSoftware business to Topicus.
com and Vela Software.
The disposal has been made for a total cash consideration of 95 million dollars (subject to certain customary closing adjustments).
This transaction was effective on 1 October 2021.
