CGG: BlackRock stake falls below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 27 August its stake in CGG fell below the threshold of 5% of CGG's capital and voting rights, and that for the said clients and funds, it now holds 4.
69% of the geophysical services company's capital and voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed due to OTC sales of CGG shares and a restitution of shares held as collateral.
