CGG: BlackRock stake falls below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has notified the AMF that on 5 July its stake in Faurecia fell below the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights, with it now holding for the said clients and funds, 4.
27% of the group's capital and voting rights.
The crossing of these thresholds results from the sale of CGG shares OTC and on the market, as well as a restitution of shares held as collateral.
