CGG: Morgan Stanley Int stake exceeds 5% of capital and VR
(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley & Co International has announced that on 27 June its stake in CGG's capital exceeded the threshold of 5% of CGG's capital and voting rights.
Morgan Stanley now individually holds 35,773,956 CGG shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.13% of the group's capital and voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from OTC purchases of CGG shares.
