CGG: successful secured note placement
(CercleFinance.com) - CGG announces that it has successfully placed a 300 million dollars and 280 million euros of first lien senior secured notes maturing in 2023.
The notes are scheduled to be issued on 24 April 2018.
The group intends to use the proceeds of the offering, together with cash, to fully repay the entire outstanding principal amount of the existing first lien senior secured notes due 2023, issued in a principal amount of 663.6 million dollars.
The Existing First Lien Notes are expected to have a redemption date of 6 May 2018, conditional on the issuance of the new first lien senior secured notes.
