CGG: launches first lien senior secured notes offering
(CercleFinance.com) - CGG has announced the launch of secured senior secured notes due in 2023, with an aggregate principal amount of approximately 650 million dollars in a USD-equivalent combination of dollars and euro.
It intends to use the proceeds of the offering to fully repay the outstanding principal amount of the senior secured senior notes outstanding at maturity 2023, issued on 21 February 2018 for 663.6 million dollars.
Following the successful completion of the financial restructuring, CGG's CFO Stéphane-Paul Frydman informed the group of his intention to retire. The company has already begun to look for a new CFO.
