CGG: Bpifrance will vote in financial restructuring plan.
(CercleFinance.com) - CGG has announced that Bpifrance, a key shareholder which has 9.
4% of CGG's capital and 10.8% of its voting rights, will vote in favour of all the resolutions that are necessary for the implementation of the group's financial restructuring plan, at the general shareholders meeting of 31 October.
This decision is part of the commitments made by CGG and some of its creditors as part of the safeguard procedure, particularly regarding employment and the French group's anchoring.
Furthermore, DNCA has also committed itself, under the agreement to support restructuring of 13 June 2017, to vote in favour of the restructuring plan at the general meeting.
