Valeo: CDC raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - La Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) has reported that on 21 March 2019, either directly and indirectly through Bpifrance Participations, it raised its stake in Valeo to above the threshold of 5% of its voting rights, with it holding 12,312,741 Valeo shares, representing 15,333,507 voting rights, i.
e. 5.21% of the group's capital and 6.23% of its voting rights.
These thresholds have been exceeded due to the purchase of Valeo shares on the market.
