(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, US asset manager BlackRock has announced having increased its stake to above the 5% threshold in Thales' capital on Tuesday, and now holds, for the said clients and funds, 12,182,564 Valeo shares, or 5.
08% of the automotive supplier's capital and 4.98% of its voting rights.
The breaking of this threshold resulted from the receipt of Valeo shares held as collateral.
