Valeo: makes 600 million euro bond placement.
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Tuesday Valeo announced the placement of 600 million euros of new bonds, which will mature on 12 September 2022.
This 600 million euro issue has been made in favourable market conditions, with the 600 million euro bond issue maturing in 5 years, with a coupon of 0.375%.
BNP Paribas, HSBC, JP Morgan, MUFG, Natixis and Société Générale will be lead banks for this issue.
