Nicox: joint-promotion agreement for Zerviate in the US
(CercleFinance.com) - Opthalmology company Nicox has announced that Eyevance Pharmaceuticals, its exclusive licensing partner in the US, has entered into a partnership with Hikma Pharmaceuticals to jointly promote Zerviate, indicated for the treatment of ocular pruritus associated with allergic conjunctivitis.
Hikma will be responsible for promotion to non-eye health professionals in the US. All sales will continue to be recorded by Eyevance, generating royalties for Nicox.
Eyevance will continue to promote Zerviate in the US with eye health professionals, ophthalmologists and optometrists. For the record, the product has been on the US market since March 2020.
