Europcar: S&P upgrades credit rating
(CercleFinance.com) - The rating agency Standard & Poors (S&P) has said that it has upgraded its long-term credit rating for Europcar Mobility Group, given the group's sound operational performance.
S&P has hence improved its rating for Europcar Mobility Group from "B +" * to "BB-".
Regarding its long-term credit, Europcar Mobility Group is now rated BB- and B1 (unchanged), by S&P and Moody's Investors Service respectively.
In its note, S&P also mentions the group's progress in the integration of Goldcar and Buchbinder, as well as in its diversification strategy, including its focus on urban mobility solutions.
