Europcar: new company name approved at AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Europcar announces that its joint shareholders' meeting on 17 May has adopted a new name, replacing Europcar Group - Europcar Mobility Group - which is associated with a new visual identity.
The meeting also approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2017, as well as the exceptional distribution of 0.1518 euro per share for 2017. The distribution right will be detached on 29 May and will be paid in cash on 31 May.
In addition, regarding its supervisory board, the AGM has approved the co-optation of Amandine Ayrem as a member, the renewal of the mandates of Pascal Bazin and Eric Schaefer and the appointment of Petra Friedmann.
