Spie: acquires boilers and piping company Valorel

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie today announces that the Industry division of its subsidiary Spie Industrie & Tertiaire is reinforcing its expertise in complete equipment for stainless steel boilers and industrial piping, in liquid and pasty industrial processes, through the acquisition of Valorel, a benchmark player that is based in the Rhône-Alpes region of France.


Thanks to this acquisition, the Industry division of SPIE Industrie & Tertiaire will strengthen its position in one of its strategic markets, by offering pharmaceutical and cosmetic customers a turnkey process & utility offer.
