Spie: completes divestment in UK
(CercleFinance.com) - Spie announces that on 20 March its UK subsidiary Spie UK completed the sale of its mobile maintenance business to Rcapital Partners LLP, an investment firm specialising in company turnarounds.
The divested activities include mobile maintenance services linked to sites of public and private clients, which operate in the tertiary, health, education, leisure, local authority and retail sectors.
All of Spie's other facility management activities in the UK, which primarily focus on on-site maintenance and fire safety and protection services, will remain within the multi-technical services group.
