Spie: acquires Christof Electrics in Austria
(CercleFinance.com) - Spie says it has signed an agreement to acquire Christof Electrics, in a deal that will enable the French multi-technical services group to provide a significant share of its service portfolio in Austria.
Christof Electrics offers complete solutions in electrical engineering, automation, measurement, control and regulation technologies. In 2018, it had 154 employees and reported sales of approximately 36 million euros.
The final closing of this transaction - the financial terms of which have not been specified by the group - is expected by May 2019 and is subject to approval from the relevant competition authorities.
