Spie: contract in the Netherlands
(CercleFinance.com) - SPIE announced on Thursday that it has signed a contract for the daily maintenance of the technical facilities of the 34 buildings of the Erasme Hospital complex in Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
The structure has a surface area of nearly 200,000 square metres.
The Erasme Hospital Centre and SPIE's Healthcare business unit plan to collaborate on electrical and mechanical engineering activities for the next 11 years.
Already in charge of the maintenance of the buildings' technical installations, SPIE will now assume the first-level assistance, which concerns problems requiring an immediate resolution. SPIE will also continue to support minor renovations (not included in the maintenance contract).
