Spie: new acquisition in Belgium with Systemat
(CercleFinance.com) - Spie, the specialist in electrical engineering and multi-technical services, has agreed to buy the Belgian group Systemat.
The amount of the transaction was not specified.
"This acquisition allows SPIE to enter the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services market in Belgium and to complement the wide range of services already offered by the Group in this country," Spie's management said.
Founded in 1981 and present in Belgium and Luxembourg, “Systemat is a provider of IT solutions related to the management of ICT equipment, software and infrastructure. The company employs around 150 employees and forecasts revenue of approximately 70 million euros for the current fiscal year.”
