Spie: new contract with Manchester Airport.
(CercleFinance.com) - Spie UK has announced signing a contract for the installation of new LED lighting systems in the A538 tunnels, serving runways 1 and 2 at Manchester Airport.
This contract is worth over 2.6 million pounds.
The A538 is a key road link providing access to Manchester Airport.
This renovation contract comes in addition to SPIE's broad infrastructure portfolio in North West England, the group said.
Philip Kinsella, Operations Director of SPIE UK's Industrial Services division, comments: “It is a testament to our highly-skilled workforce that our knowledge and expertise has enabled us to develop our relationship further with the customer. Though the issue of road closures meant that the work was always going to be a challenge, our flexible and quality solutions help ensure minimum disruption, whilst still completing the work to the highest standard, which has been demonstrated in our previous works.”
