4 million pounds with Unite Students, the UK's leading student housing manager, which houses about 50,000 students in 28 towns.
This contract involves the renovation of the student residence Sidney Webb House, which is found on the campus of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
As a prime contractor and designer, the group will be responsible for the site's design, supply and management, as well as the clearing of interior spaces and the installation of new interior blinds, office furniture and equipment, in addition to mechanical and electrical services.
In order to meet the tight deadlines (11 weeks), SPIE has developed a complete solution for the accelerated development of the building, including innovative solutions for engineering and energy saving. Over this period, SPIE was able to carry out the clearing and renovation of 454 rooms and bathrooms, in addition to 72 kitchens.
