Elis: raises E850m through bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis announced yesterday that it had successfully raised 850 million euros via a two-tranche bond issue.
This program is made up of a 5.5 year tranche (maturity April 2025) amounting to 500 million euros that offers an annual coupon of 1% and a tranche of 8.5 years (maturity April 2028) amounting to 350 million euros, offering an annual coupon of 1.625%.
Both these bonds, which have an average maturity of 7 years hence refinance the entire bank debt drawn (maturity 2022), without any penalty for early repayment.
