Elis: disposal of Rocialle/Guardian finalised
(CercleFinance.com) - The Industrial laundry group Elis announces that it has successfully completed the sale of 100% of Clinical Solutions' single use/medical consumables division (Rocialle/Guardian) in the United Kingdom, as announced in early July.
In the form of packs, this division provides single-use products for specific surgical procedures, as well as sheets, gowns and surgical tray packaging. The business generated sales of approximately 42 million pounds in 2018.
The holders of Rocialle and Guardian, known under the brand Rocialle Healthcare Limited, are currently Multigate Medical Products UK Ltd. and New Beginnings Investment (Hong Kong) Co, Ltd., which are respectively subsidiaries of Multigate Medical Products and Zhende Medical.
