Elis: conditional refund of bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis announced late on Thursday that it intends to exercise its option to repay the total outstanding principal on senior bonds amounting to 800 million euros, with a maturity in 2022.
These bonds were issued pursuant to a contract dated 28 April 2015 and subsequently amended, to which Elis, in particular, as issuer having replaced Novalis S.A.S., on the one hand, and US, Bank Trustees Limited as trustee, on the other hand.
This reimbursement could be made provided that the USPP-type financing planned by Elis for 300 million euros has been completed.
