Elis: another small acquisition in Denmark
(CercleFinance.com) - The French industrial launderette Elis has made another acquisition, with the group this morning announcing the acquisition, which has already been finalised, of the Danish family-owned company A-Vask.
The financial terms of the deal were not mentioned.
Last year, the target's revenues reached around eight million euros. A-Vask has two laundries in Denmark and its clients are mainly comprised of hotels and the public sector.
