Elis: targets FY 2018 sales of over 3.2 billion euros
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday Elis published Q1 2018 sales of 760.
90 million euros, up 3% in organic terms.
Sales growth reached +2.2% in France, including +1.4% organic growth. Hotels - Catering and Shops & Services were upbeat (organic growth about +3.5%).
Revenue in Central Europe includes Elis' former "Northern Europe" consolidation scope. In this segment, the group reported a 0.3% fall in organic terms over the quarter, but growth reached +0.4%, when restated for the effect of exceptional sales of clothing in Belgium in 2017.
The group expects FY 2018 sales of over 3.2 billion euros, with organic growth of between +2.5% and +3%, a stable EBITDA margin in France, and an improvement in all the group's other geographic areas, with a group EBITDA margin of 31.5%.
