Elis: acquisition in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - Elis has announced signing an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of BW Textilservice in Germany, subject to standard regulatory requirements, and which is scheduled to be completed by the end of March.
In 2017, this family business, which has laundries in the Stuttgart region, generated sales of approximately 24 million euros, all of which were in the healthcare sector, with it posting strong growth in recent years.
Thanks to this acquisition, Elis will expand into the region of Stuttgart, the fourth largest urban area in Germany, located in the State of Baden-Württemberg, the third region of Germany in terms of population and economic importance.
