Elis: upgrades synergy forecasts with Berendsen
(CercleFinance.com) - At an investor day in London, Elis announced an upgrade in its synergy forecasts relating to the Berendsen acquisition.
It now intends to generate at least 80 million euros in cost synergies by 2020.
Benefiting from 2017 sales of 2,215 million euros, the group expects an EBITDA margin of about 30%, up in all areas of the former Elis. The group's EBIT margin is expected to be around 13.5%.
In 2018, taking into account the aforementioned synergies, the group expects sales of over 3.2 billion euros, an EBITDA margin of around 150 basis points and an EBIT margin that is up about 100 basis points compared to 2017.
