Elis: Eurazeo sells 10m shares for 220 million euros.
(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo this morning announced the sale of a total of 10 million Elis shares, directly and through its subsidiary Legendre Holding 27 and jointly with ECIP Elis.
The sale, representing 4.56% of Elis' share capital and 4.36% of its voting rights, was made at a price of 2.21 euros per share, totaling 220 million euros, through an accelerated placement with institutional investors.
The sale includes 8,696,854 Elis shares (i.e. 3.96% of Elis' capital) sold by LH 27, 1,112,974 Elis shares (i.e. 0.51% of Elis' share capital) sold by Eurazeo directly and 190,172 Elis shares (0.09% of Elis' capital) sold by ECIP Elis.
