Worldline: Berenberg upgrades to buy
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning German broker Berenberg upgraded its rating on the share of the French specialist in electronic payments, Worldline, now recommending investors buy the stock (against 'hold' previously).
The broker has increased its corresponding target price from 51 euros to 61 euros, meaning upside potential of 17%.
Analysts' main argument is that Worldline has the option of making acquisitions that would further increase its consolidation scope, while deconsolidation by Atos increases its financial flexibility.
