Worldline: order backlog of 2.6 billion euros at end-2017

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline's revenues amounted to 1,593.
9 million euros in 2017, at constant consolidation scope and exchange rates, with organic growth of +4.0% relative to 2016.

Sales growth accelerated sequentially in H2 (+6.3%), as expected, compared to growth published in H1 2017.

The group's EBITDA increased by 240 basis points, reaching 335.4 million euros. This figure is in line with the revised target of July 2017 and exceeds the original target for the year (between 20.0% and 20.5%).

Normalised net income came in at 144.1 million euros, up + 13.1%. Net income, group share came in at 105.5 million euros, 38.6 million euros less than in 2016, which included the extraordinary gain on the disposal of the group's stake in Visa Europe. Finally, normalised diluted EPS amounted to 1.08 euro in 2017, compared to 0.96 euro in 2016 (+12.5%).
