(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline has announced the acquisition of all of the capital of the Indian payment platform MRL PosNet.
In all this transaction amounts to a maximum of 89 million euros. Worldline has paid for it in cash.
MRL PosNet employs about 140 engineers in the field of the payment Services in India.
