Elior: Areas strengthens presence at Barcelona Airport
(CercleFinance.com) - Areas, the concession catering brand of Elior Group, announces that it has won the management of 15 new points of sale at Barcelona-El Prat airport, the second busiest airport in Spain and the seventh busiest in Europe.
Already present at this airport with 14 sales outlets, Areas becomes the leading commercial operator with 29 sales outlets. The management of the 15 new points of sale will mean sales of approximately 500 million euros over this eight-year contract.
The new catering outlet includes many concepts, with local and international brands, as well as Areas' own brands, such as Deli&Cia and COMO. A wide choice of food, fashion and sports boutiques is being added to this offer.
