Elior: the FSP takes a stake
(CercleFinance.com) - The Fonds Stratégique de Participations (FSP), managed by Edmond de Rothschild Group, has announced that it has taken a stake in Elior Group's capital, intending to accompany the catering group as a long-term investor, with a seat on its board of directors.
For its sixth investment, the FSP will now take a stake of over 5% in the company's capital, which mainly operates in Europe and the US in the contract catering, concession catering and services.
Since its launch in 2013, the FSP, backed by seven major insurance companies, has invested approximately 1.7 billion euros in the capital of six companies - Arkema, Seb, Zodiac Aerospace, Eutelsat Communications, Tikehau Capital and Elior.
